Help for your child
Is your child or adolescent struggling with emotional, social, or
behavioral difficulties? Are you concerned they might be feeling
anxious, fearful, or depressed? Maybe they're having difficulty
adjusting to a life change such as divorce of parents, death of a loved
one, or they've experienced or witnessed abuse. Watching your child
struggle and not knowing how to help can be very difficult for a parent. This is where I can help. I
provide a safe, caring, and nonjudgmental environment where your child
can build on their strengths, develop self-confidence, and learn coping
skills they can carry with them throughout their lives. I am a Registered Play Therapist and often
incorporate play therapy into my work with children, adolescents, and families.

Help for you
Life can be complicated and difficult at times. Losses, disappointments and disruptions are an unavoidable part of life. Usually we are able to overcome the difficulties we encounter. Sometimes they become more than we can handle on our own. When the struggle lasts too long and impacts how we feel about ourselves, or takes a toll on relationships, family life, or our work, working with a therapist can help. I work with adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, anger management concerns or life transition difficulties. If you're facing divorce, empty nest syndrome, a career change, or just need some emotional support, I am here to listen and help. Often just being able to tell your story in a safe and caring environment can be the beginning of a better sense of well-being.
